Joyce Hanna Senior Research Executive
Joyce has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Research Methods. She also holds the Market Research Society Diploma - the highest professional qualification in Market Research. Joyce is a full Member of the Market Research Society. She began her career at ICI at Billingham and prior to joining NWA some ten years ago, spent five years as a Research Executive with a leading regional market research agency. She has considerable experience in all aspects of both qualitative and quantitative research. Catherine Wilburn Research Executive
Wide ranging support for the Research Executives has been provided for four years by Catherine and her team. Catherine has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Social Research Methods with specialisation in advanced analysis techniques. Catherine will shortly complete her doctorate in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology specialising in research with children.
